Trail Call

Terms of service

Last updated September 14, 2026.

Trail Call is a tool for organizing club trips: who is coming, which cars stay at the trailhead, and who brings what. Using it means you agree to the points below.

Your account

You sign in with your Google account and are responsible for what happens under it. Keep your profile accurate: other people on your trips rely on it in an emergency.

Other people's details

When you add someone to a trip, you are sharing their profile with everyone on it. Use that only for the trip. Do not copy roster details out of Trail Call for any other purpose.

What Trail Call is not

Trail Call records what your group agreed. It does not monitor a party, decide when rescue is needed, or contact anyone in an emergency. Leaders and participants make their own decisions about safety, eligibility, and whether a trip goes ahead. It is not a substitute for your club's trip listing, registration, or leader judgment.

Availability

Trail Call is provided as is, without warranty, and may be changed, paused, or shut down. Keep a copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. Cellular service is often absent at a trailhead; the roster is only useful there if you saved it beforehand.

Cost

There is no charge to use Trail Call today. Any change to that will be announced first.

Ending your use

You can stop at any time by asking for your account to be deleted at support@trailcall.app. We may remove an account that misuses other people's details.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it.
