Trail Call uses your information to help you organize trips and keep the service working.

Information you share

We store account information from your sign-in provider and the profile, emergency contact, and trip information you add. Relevant details are shared with people on your trips so the group can coordinate. Trips are not publicly listed.

Running the service

We use third-party providers for sign-in, hosting, data storage, and service diagnostics. They process information for those purposes and may process it outside your country.

Diagnostics include usage information, error reports, and session recordings to help us understand problems and improve the service. Recordings can include information visible on the pages you visit. We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

Your choices

You can update your profile and ask a trip leader to remove you from a trip. For questions about your information or to request account deletion, email support@trailcall.app.
